The Contract Administration Department was created to administer various
funding sources/programs such as HOME, ESG, HOPWA and EnergySmart. We pride
ourselves on providing the best services possible to our subgrantees
and to the public. As part of that service, we provide the following
list of staff members and the programs assigned to them. Please, if
you cannot contact a specific person, all of us are available to assist
you.
Graciela Meneses
Program Representative
Graciela handles reimbursements for the programs that the Department
manages, as well as all demographic and statistical reporting for HOPWA
and ESG. She is also responsible for original documents in the department,
ensuring that they are logged and stored safely.
Laurie Linden
Program Specialist
Responsible for the day to day management of the HOME Owner-Occupied
Rehabilitation (Rehab) program and also the manager of the Safe Homes
program. Conducts annual monitoring visits for program subgrantees
all over the state.
Gina Martinez
Program Specialist
Gina is the program manager for the Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG)
and Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA) programs. She
is responsible for the implementation of the HMIS program. She provides
training and technical assistance for her subgrantees and the Homeless
community in the State of New Mexico. Gina conducts annual monitoring
visits for program subgrantees all over the state.
Rose Baca-Quesada
Program Specialist
Rose is the program manager for the HOME Tenant-Based Rental Assistance
(TBRA) and CHDO Operating programs. She is the compliance monitor for
HOME Single-Family Development, HOME Multi-Family Development, LTTF,
Governor’s Innovations in Housing and Affordable Housing Act programs.
Rose provides training and technical assistance for her subgrantees
throughout the state and conducts annual monitoring visits for program
subgrantees.
Shannon Tilseth
Administrative Assistant
Shannon provides valuable assistance to the Department and serves as
the liaison with the Housing Advisory Committee and EnergySmart Policy Advisory
Committee members. She also serves as a contact point when Department
members are out of the office. |
