MFA has allocated a portion of the HOME funds administered by MFA for a home owner House by House Program. This program provides funding for the rehabilitation of homes occupied by eligible low-income homeowners on a one house at a time basis. Funds are available on a first-come first-serve basis. More information on the process is contained in the NOFA.
