and fill it out completely. If you are unsure of the transit/ABA
No. or your account number, please contact your financial institution
for this information.
Please return the completed form with a voided
check (for checking withdrawal) or deposit slip (for savings withdrawal).
If a voided check or deposit slip is not included, or if the form
is incomplete, your request will not be processed and returned to
you.

Once your Auto-draft application is processed,
you will receive a confirmation letter stating when your draft will
begin. Continue making payments on your loan until the Auto-draft
begin date.

or 800-444-6880 (in New Mexico only), Monday through Friday between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to speak with a mortgage
servicing representative.
