Owners Certification & Fees
The owner is required to certify each year that they are in compliance with the IRS regulations regarding Section 42 of the code. The owner must complete the Owner Annual Certification document and return the signed copy to MFA by the stated deadline in the memo that is mailed in January every year. This memo also has any compliance fees that are due and the deadline that the invoice payment must be received by MFA. These forms can be found in the Tax Credit Tab on the Asset Management page.
