Foreclosure Project Management Program – Allows an MFA-qualified entity the means to provide project management to individuals who wish to purchase a property that has been foreclosed. Respondents are encouraged to use this with MFA’s Foreclosure Mortgage loan product, MFA’s Foreclosure Downpayment Assistance program in conjunction with MFA’s Mortgage Rehab Program.
