Properties with 542c Risk Share Loans

Properties that have a 542c Risk Share Loan contain units that are subject to affordability restricitons.  The program is explained in depth in the HUD 4590.1 Risk Share Program Handbook. Complete information about these loans are found under this heading on the menu bar to the left.

This section contains the form needed to submit reserve for replacement requests.  You will also find information about the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (AFHMP) and how to submit an updated plan for approval by the Asset Management Department.
