Contract Administration TBRA RFP FAQ's

1. Do you want the proposals (original and 3 copies) submitted in a 3-ring binder or clipped in upper left hand corner, as stated on Page 11 of RFP?

   Please submit the proposal as described in the RFP.

2. On Page 11 of the RFP under Submission Format, the first bullet statement says submit one original and 3 copies of the application.  Do you want one copy of the financial audit submitted with the original proposal?  Do the copies of the proposal need to also contain a copy of the financial audit?

   Please submit only 1 copy of the financial audit with the original proposal; the three copies should then include copies of all other paperwork except the financial audit.

3. Our agency was funded last year for TBRA. My question is if we must still submit resumes, agency budget, TBRA specific budget, and a list of the clients served?  Or may we just submit the application as outlined in the RFP? 

   Please submit the application as outlined in the RFP.

   For agencies who were funded last year for TBRA, this means that we do not need resumes and the agency mission statement; however, we do still need :

   • the current agency budget
   • proposed TBRA specific budget
   • list of clients served, including which county, between January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007
