Building Trust

Helping Hand
The Helping Hand program is a statewide program designed to assist first-time home buyers with disabilities in the purchase of a home.

Mortgage$aver & Mortgage$aver (Plus)
The MFA's Mortgage$aver is our primary first-time buyers program that is available to individuals or families.

Payment$aver
With Payment$aver, purchasers get a below-market interest rate loan to purchase a house, plus a second loan at zero-percent interest to cover up-front costs (the down payment and other costs related to the purchase). Depending on the type of loan, Payment$aver may also be used to fund temporary interest-rate reduction.
