Relevant Federal Regulations

There are a variety of Federal Regulations that apply to federal loan programs such as 542(C) Risk Share, ACCESS, HOME Rental, HOME Single Family and 538 Rural Development Loans. All of these programs will require environmental reviews. Compliance with Davis Bacon wages rates will depend the number of low income units, whether funds are used for construction and other factors. The below links will allow you to access more information on these and other regulations that may apply to your project.
