Reservations Online
The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority Reservations On-line loan system provides qualified lenders to reserve funds and view allocated bond amounts for bond issue securely over the internet. Loans against bond issues can be viewed and secured on the MFA web site over a "secure" connection. MFA-approved lenders can reserve loans online or download the necessary forms or documents that typically accompany MFA’s mortgage origination process. Apply to become an approved lender.
