RTC Properties

RTC properties have been purchased through the FDIC and must meet FDIC income and rent limits.  These limits are found on the menu bar to the left under this heading. 

There are also two reference materials that are invaluable to anyone involved in a RTC property.  They are RTC/FDIC Affordable Housing Program (Owners Manual) and the State Agency Manual.
