All drawings will be held the month following each quarter’s end. One-time entry per account. The account must be in good standing, and the autodraft must remain active at the end of the quarter. - Fill out the secure online DocuSign Auto Draft ACH form to setup a recurring ACH. Click here to fill out the ACH setup form.
- You will be notified by mail when the first payment will be withdrawn from your bank account. Continue making your payment by check or money order until you receive this notification.
- Note: Your account must be current before the service can begin.
