Jay Czar, MFA executive director, joined Cogressman Martin Heinrich for a tour of Silver Gardens, Casitas de Colores and the Imperial Building, which is currently under construction. All of the properties are located within a block of MFA's offices.
MFA provided low income housing tax credits and other funding for all three projects.

A re-opening celebration was held recently at Sunset Hills Apartments in Gallup. The 60-unit complex, which is home to low-income seniors, underwent extensive renovations and energy effeciency upgrades.The developer was YES Housing, Inc., and the contractor was Pavilion Construction.
