NM Affordable Futures maintains a Preservation Database, comprised of all properties in MFA’s multifamily portfolio, organized by 5-year increments into a “Risk Timeline” accounting for affordability term end date, recent REAC scores and other indicators of risk. Additionally, it includes legal property characteristics such as the right to a Qualified Contract, involvement in recent ownership changes, and more.
